It all starts with the land. I began my journey in real estate in 2002 as a lot sales consultant for a developer. Developers often see the world through a lens of land value, and those early experiences shaped how I view real estate to this day. I quickly realized that if you understand the value of the land beneath a property, you’re halfway to understanding the value of the property itself. Since then, I’ve been involved in many facets of the real estate industry—developing land, building custom homes, reselling homes, and brokering deals for both home and land sales. Over the years, I’ve gained a unique perspective from working on different sides of the table. I understand what buyers are looking for, what excites them, and what keeps them up at night. I also know what sellers need to do to get the most out of their property and move on to their next chapter. This dual perspective allows me to guide my clients through each transaction with clarity, purpose, and a focus on what truly matters. I love my job because even after more than 20 years, every transaction is unique, and I get to work on some fantastic projects. The landscape is always changing, and each day brings a new challenge or opportunity. But above all, it’s the people who make this work truly rewarding.
